2. My discount code is not working, what do I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. What would work best is continuing with the order and emailing us the code that you're attempting to use. Once we receive your email, we will then reimburse your account.


3. Where are your products shipped from?

A majority of our products are shipped from our main warehouse which is located in New Jersey.

4. Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping that can be selected upon check out!

7. How long will it take me to get my order?

4 to 5 business days for standard shipping. For expedited shipping, you should anticipate 1 to 3 business days.

8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Immediately upon completion, we begin processing the order, and for this reason we cannot process a cancellation. However our return policy is very efficient and can be stimulated through our returns page.
